ABCya! Keyboarding Zoo - recommended for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students.
Keybr.com - learn to type faster and with fewer errors.  Recommended for 3rd through 8th grade students.

Key Seeker - this is a great interactive website designed specifically for Kindergarten students.

Typing Course - this site has 10 levels that start with the home row and move slowly up through the qwerty and bottom rows. Recommended for 4th through 8th grade students.

Typing Factory - this site contains practice and mastery games for various skill level.  Anyone can find a typing level to suite their needs.

Typing Rocket - recommended for 2nd through 5th grade students.
